Airport Transfer

Our driver will await you in the arrivals hall directly after customs/baggage claim. He will hold a sign with your name and/or logo, so you can easily recognize him. If you have provided us with a phone number, you will automatically receive an SMS when the driver is on site. Upon request, an individual meeting point can also be arranged – simply inform us of your preference. The driver will, of course, also assist you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle.

You can easily book your airport transfer via our online form or by email / WhatsApp / phone. We require the date, pick-up time, pick-up location, destination, number of passengers, desired category, flight number (if applicable), passenger’s name, and preferred payment option (cash, card, invoice). You will usually receive a response from us within one hour. Alternatively, we are happy to assist you by phone to take your booking.

We recommend reserving an airport transfer as early as possible, ideally 24 hours in advance. Early booking ensures that a suitable vehicle and driver are available and that we can optimally accommodate your wishes. Last-minute bookings are also possible, subject to availability.

No worries – we track your flight’s arrival times using the flight number you provide during booking. Should your flight be delayed or change, our driver will adjust to the new schedule. Your chauffeur will wait for you, even if the landing is postponed, and ensure that you are reliably picked up despite the delay. In most cases, no additional costs will be incurred due to the delay. Should your flight be delayed for an extended period, please inform us briefly.

Our standard sedans have space for approximately 2 large suitcases plus hand luggage. If you have more luggage or bulky items, we recommend an estate car or van from our fleet, which offers additional loading volume. Please specify the number of luggage pieces when booking if you are unsure, so we can plan the appropriate vehicle (e.g., Mercedes Vito or V-Class for larger groups and luggage quantities). This ensures that all your luggage is transported safely and without space constraints.

Mobility Plus specializes in airport transfers in the South German region and border areas of Switzerland/France. For example, we reliably transport you to EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, Zurich Airport, and Frankfurt am Main Airport, but also to other airports, such as Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden Airport, Strasbourg Airport, and Stuttgart Airport.
