Together with you, we will develop a schedule – be it a daily transfer, weekly trips, or a flexible on-call service. Our team ensures that your desired times are reliably met. Thanks to our experience, we can also reliably manage complex logistical requirements (e.g., multiple vehicles during peak hours). Your advantage: You have a plannable service and do not have to re-schedule each time – we permanently take care of your mobility needs.

We offer individual conditions for business clients. If your company regularly uses our service or purchases larger contingents, we can arrange framework agreements or corporate discounts. This means, for example, that you receive discounted prices per trip or a total invoice with a stated discount at the end of the month. Corporate clients enjoy maximum flexibility with us regarding payment. You decide how you would like to be billed:

• Invoice per trip – After each trip, you automatically receive an invoice via email, which you can conveniently pay by bank transfer.
• Consolidated Invoice – Upon request, we can summarize all trips in a clear monthly invoice, which can be broken down by cost centers or departments.
• Credit Card Payment in Vehicle – Our chauffeurs accept credit cards directly in the vehicle.
• Online Payment Link – We will gladly send you a secure payment link, through which you can pay for the trip digitally and easily.

Invoices are sent automatically via email, providing you with full transparency and easy administration at all times.

Yes, we specialize in mastering even extensive requirements from corporate clients. If you are planning a large corporate event or a conference with many guests, we can handle the complete shuttle and transfer service – from the arrival of participants, transfers between the hotel and venue, to departure. Thanks to our event shuttle experience (see our Event section), even logistically demanding projects are no problem. We are also highly responsive to short-notice changes: Should, for example, your guests’ flight times change, a meeting take longer, or an additional transfer become spontaneously necessary, we are ready to accommodate this.
