Our event shuttle service is available for a variety of events. Whether company event, conference, trade fair, wedding, concert, festival, or private celebration – we ensure that your guests arrive safely and comfortably at their destination. Thanks to our experience in the event sector, we can coordinate both small events and large events with several hundred guests. Does Mobility plus also Offer a Shuttle Service for Weddings?

Yes, we are happy to take over the shuttle service for your wedding. On your big day, we take care of the transportation of your wedding guests – e.g. from the hotel to the wedding location and on to the celebration location – so that everyone arrives relaxed and on time. We provide festive, clean vehicles (decorated on request) and courteous drivers who dress appropriately for the occasion. We are also happy to bring your guests safely back home or to the hotel with a taxi shuttle after the celebration.

How many Guests Can be Transported with the Event Shuttle?

Our fleet of vehicles for events includes limousines and vans, so that we can serve groups of different sizes. A standard limousine usually holds up to 3 passengers, while our vans can accommodate 6-7 passengers. For larger groups, we can use multiple vehicles at the same time and coordinate the routes so that all guests are transported in a timely manner. For very large events, we work with you to drive in relays if necessary or to provide additional partner vehicles (such as minibuses) if required.

Can the Shuttle Service be Available During the Entire Event?

Yes, on request we provide the shuttle service for the entire duration of your event. This means that our drivers and vehicles remain on site stand-by to be able to transport guests at any time – for example, as a shuttle between event locations or for spontaneous trips in between. You practically book an all-round carefree package, and we ensure that a vehicle is always ready when guests need to be transported, be it early in the day or late at night.

How Do I Plan and Book an Event Shuttle?

The planning of an event shuttle takes place in close coordination with you, so that all details fit. Contact us early and let us know what event it is, how many guests are to be transported, between which locations the shuttle will run, and in what time frame the shuttle should run. We will then advise you on the number of vehicles required and provide you with an individual offer. After confirmation, we take care of the entire logistics: We provide experienced chauffeurs, coordinate the routes and are in constant contact on the day of the event to be able to react flexibly to changes. You can be sure that the transport of your guests is professionally organized, so that you can fully concentrate on your event.
